Join Us for Our 2019 Vendor Day
June 14th marks Standard Concrete Product’s 9th annual Vendor Day. The event will take place between 11am and 2pm. Vendor Day will be held at our store, which is located at 700 North Sherman Street in York, Pennsylvania.
What is Vendor Day?
Each year we invite our vendors to educate our customers. Vendors show off anything new they have to offer the concrete, masonry, landscaping, or hardscaping industries. You can ask questions and learn about the many products that we offer. Some of our vendors even offer samples for our customers to try.
This is a great opportunity for us to thank our customers for supporting our business. Join us for lunch, ice cream, Standard Concrete t-shirts, door prizes, and Bobcat equipment games.
We will be cooking lunch on the large KitchenAid grill located on our EP Henry display, which gives you a chance to really enjoy our beautiful gardens and patios. Feel free to walk around and take a look at our decorative gravels. Visit our store while you are here!

Bobcat of York
- is a provider of sales, service, parts & rentals. Bobcat of York prides themselves in offering a great variety of new & used Bobcat machines. They are also excited and proud to offer various new Bomag, Vail & Honda Product lineups. Bobcat offers an equipment challenge at our Vendor Day. It is fun for both the novice and advanced equipment operators. Each year they come up with a new and exciting challenge using a front-end loader, skid steer, or other piece of equipment. The company has also brought side-by-side all terrain vehicles in the past.

Craftsmen’s Company
- specializes in tools for the masonry, concrete, hardscape, drywall and roofing trades. This business is our distributer for many of the tool lines we carry, such as Estwing, Jackson, Lufkin, Marshalltown, Stanley, Starret, Loctite PL, and more.

EP Henry
- offers outdoor living solutions including patios, fire pits, driveways, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens. They make a broad assortment of distinctive pavers and walls that set the standard for beauty, quality, and durability. EP Henry’s new sales representative will be at our Vendor Day to introduce himself to you.

Seedway
- is one of the few remaining full-line seed companies in the country, offering a comprehensive line of farm, silage, vegetable, turf and wildlife products. Standard Concrete stocks Seedway’s Contractor, State, and Shady Mix grass seeds. We also stock fertilizers like Weed and Feed and starter fertilizers. Standard Concrete can special order other items from Seedway, such as Crown Vetch, specialty seed blends and specialty fertilizers.

SEK Surebond
- prides itself in “Defending and protecting hardscape investments for over 25 years.” Popular hardscaping products from SEK Surebond are SB-10 Landscape Adhesive and Polysweep Polymeric Sand for both regular and wide joints. Also, popular are Surebond’s Paver Edging, Joint Stabilizing Sealers, wet look sealers like SB-8700, and invisible penetrating sealers such as SB-500. SEK Surebond cleaners are great products carried in our regular inventory. SEK Surebond cleaners include SureClean, SureStrip, S.R.B. Stain & Rust Buster, Oil Extractor, and Efflo off.

- is a national supplier of natural sandstone, bagged gravel, and hardscape products. Shenandoah’s South Blue flagstone and treads, Mongolia Black flagstone and treads, and natural stepping stones are just a few of their natural stone products that Standard Concrete stocks. We also carry Shenandoah Stone Supply’s manufactured stepping stones along with Wolverine quality hand tools. These tools are made in America!

SHS Distributors
- is a wholesale company for EasyJoint. EasyJoint is a sweep-in jointing compound that works all year round. You can use this product no matter what the weather conditions are before, during or after application. You can use this type of paving material provided there is a gap of at least 3mm wide and 25mm deep (narrow joint compound). As the name implies, EASYJoint is easy to use – simply soak the paving with water before commencing and then simultaneously sweep and wash the jointing compound into the joints, letting the water take the strain. EasyJoint is a new product for Standard Concrete and we are trying to introduce our customers to its benefits.
